Whole house fans provide the most cost effective method for cooling your home naturally, without using your air conditioner. Here in Sacramento, we have the best possible weather for whole house fan use. By using your whole house fan to draw in the cool early morning air to pre-cool your home and again in the early evening to expel the trapped heat out of your attic, you will reduce the amount of time your air conditioning unit runs by several hours a day.

Whole house fans can help you:

  • Be more comfortable in your home while consuming less energy
  • Save money on your monthly utility bill
  • Extend the life of your air conditioning unit

Today, there are many different sizes and styles of whole house fans available. As with all of the services provided by Shields Electric, we will work with you to select the best product to suit your needs. For more detailed information on whole house fans work, click here.
